I do the circuit room which has ten machines, but what machines and exercises should I focus on as a beginner to build up strength? My arms and core are really weak.

It’s great you are getting in 3-4 days!! Consistency is key! The rower is great for burning calories, just do a mix of cardio to hit the body a bit differently each time. If they have dumbbells, I recommend using free weights, you can do so much more with them. Nothing against the machines, just try to blend using free weights with the machines! I have a great 30-Day Ab Challenge going on right now, even if you don’t do the whole challenge, watch the videos for exercises you can take to the gym and do. They will really strengthen you very quickly if you work them into your routine! Bicep curls and push-ups are great for upper body and arm strength! I hope this helped :)
