lambbaby asked: I've been watching your daily ab exercises (i found ur blog only a couple days ago so I'm only on day 3 of it). i have a bit of trouble with some of the workouts but i use one or two and then i have been jump roping and going for short runs (i've always hated running) and walking frequently. My real question is about eating healthier. My main weaknesses are chocolate and carbs....
