shesayswearenotamused asked: I just joined a gym and I am really not sure what to do. I go about three to four times a week and I have fallen a bit in love with the rowing machine. I do the circuit room which has ten machines, but what machines and exercises should I focus on as a beginner to build up strength? My arms and core are really weak.
