lambbaby: I've been watching your daily ab exercises (i found ur blog only a couple days ago so I'm only on day 3 of it). i have a bit of trouble with some of the workouts but i use one or two and then i have been jump roping and going for short runs (i've always hated running) and walking frequently. My real question is about eating healthier. My main weaknesses are chocolate and carbs. Any advice?
Hi there, sorry I just saw your message. Those are 2 hard food to limit, trust me I know. Try to keep carbs to morning or early afternoon. For the sweets, I try to have my “cheat days” maybe like 2 a week, or if you can keep any treats to early in the days it’s easier to burn them off before bed time. I hope this helps :)
